We are looking for dynamic sales people, who understand how to effectively:

Only winners should apply for our sales positions. We are a growing company looking for star sales people. Access to the tools you need to find, track, and reach your prospects will be provided. In this position, you will target government entities, small to medium-sized businesses, and non-profit organizations to promote our outsourced management solutions. You will be required to call on C-level executives and volunteer leaders to sell our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for aggressive cold calling and professionally conducting face-to-face presentations on behalf of the company
  • Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory to achieve quota
  • Prospecting new clients through cold and warm lead generation.
  • Presenting and selling outsourced management solutions, including executive management, marketing, web and IT, bookkeeping, and other consulting services
  • Work with clients to understand and identify their strategic vision, objectives and needs while aligning ourservices where business opportunities exist
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and deliver high levels of client care
  • Proposals, presentations, and coordinating the terms of the sale
  • Work closely with management and the marketing department in the creation of sales and marketing promotions to effectively position the company and drive business
  • Responsible for gathering competitive information and market intelligence

Requirements:

  • 2+ years business-to-business outside sales experience
  • Entrepreneurial experience and goal-driven focus
  • Strong client-facing skills and effective selling to an executive, owner, and or decision maker with a consultative approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated fearless cold calling, prospecting, and closing of a sale
  • Ability to successfully work autonomously while demonstrating excellent time management skills
  • Experience in complete solution sales, preferred
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent

Compensation/Benefits:

This position is 100% commission with strong commission and bonus structure. Potential of making $60K+ first year. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical and dental.
